Message	this is not the answer to EVERYTHING. It's just a damn seat switch (yes, the guy definitely should have sent it & is dishonest to say the least), but no way should the advice be to sue. If I'm driving a car that I know I can't reach the pedals on I can't sue my parents for not making me taller. Maybe sue the school system for not making him smarter? Give me a break.
